Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 110g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • coffee essence (optional)
  • 2 envelopes instant cappuccino coffee powder
  • 1 tsp
For garnish:
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee

Preparation


Mix at high speed at room temperature butter with sugar until fluffy obtain a cream. Add vanilla and coffee essence (if using) and continue to mix. Add tea bags of cappuccino and teaspoon of instant coffee and blend again, then incorporate the flour. The dough obtained pass it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 170 C. The obtained dough, spread a thin sheet on the desk. The form of stars cut dough and place on baking tray stars. Give the hot oven for 10 minutes. 
 
Remove from oven and stars let them cool. Prepare glaze: Mix sugar and water slowly until a paste consistency.


Mode of serving

Brush with glaze stars then immediately sprinkle instant coffee granules. Leave aside an hour after that you can serve.
