Ingredients

  • 1 / 4 kg strawberries 
  • 1 / 4 kg strawberries 
  • 1 / 4 kg apricots 
  • 1 / 4 kg raspberries 
  •  2 slices of melon or red 
  • 1 / 4 kg of sugar 
  • 1 / 2 lemon 
  • cream 200g
  • 50 ml brandy

Preparation

Clean of leaves and fruit stems, wash them with plenty of cold water, to empty the nuts and place them in a deep bowl, put thin, with sugar between them. Squeeze over the fruit juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with brandy. Cold chicken dish for two hours.
When serving, mix fruit walking easily with a fork in them, they sit in deep cups, garnish it with fresh whipped cream.

Mode of serving

Summer fruit salad served with fresh wafers if desired.
