Ingredients

  • Blat1: 
  • 250g cherry, 
  • 10linguri sugar, 
  • heavy cream 100ml, 
  • 150ml water, 
  • 10g gelatin, 
  • vanilla sugar 
  • leaf 2: 
  • 250g apricots, 
  • 5-6linguri sugar, 
  • cream 100ml, 
  • 150ml water, 
  • 10g gelatin, 
  • vanilla sugar 
  • Blat3: 
  • 250g strawberries, 
  • 100ml cream, 
  • 5linguri sugar 
  • 10g gelatin, 
  • vanilla sugar (this is not need water) 
  • leaf 4: 
  • 200ml heavy cream, 
  • 5linguri sugar 
  • 10g gelatin, 
  • vanilla
 

Preparation

1-For fruit jelly is put on the purple fire pits washed and cleaned, along with water and sugar, after 3-4min, is given the cold, it passes the vertical blender, to give the result through a sieve, add vanilla, gelatin which was held in cold water then squeeze 5min (for leaf gelatin) and cream, in case the gelatin is melted longer than the beaker on a fiction-2min; composition upside down in a form of cake dusted with then double wrap food to give the refrigerator, the first layer hardens while preparing cake apricot 
2 prepares the dough like the cherry, then easily flips over the first layer but attention should be well connected to

4 heavy cream is on fire with sugar, are you just how sugar melts, add gelatin stirring constantly until completely dissolved, then vanilla coat the strawberries upside down, is held in a refrigerator until the next day

Mode of serving

Remove fruit jelly in shape, remove the foil, then cut and serve you prefer, is a refreshing and flavorful dessert, especially loved by children
